I hope you’ve found this series useful. Maybe you’ve got a better understanding of how to approach your training. You now realize that there’s little need for complication, secrets, and shortcuts. If I may paraphrase Back to the Future, “Bullshit? Where we’re going, we don’t need bullshit!” All it takes is patience, hard work, and some confidence. So far we’ve established a few things. First, you should go about this thing for the right reasons…your own. Second, you should understand that you cannot just jump right in. Part 1 Have you ever heard of Milo? If not, feel free to consult Wikipedia. This guy had many purported abilities, the most famous of which was his incredible strength. But, it wasn’t magic. It wasn’t a divine gift. He earned it. As a child, he would simply lift and carry a small calf every day. As the animal grew to maturity, so did Milo’s strength.
